Joshua Greene | David Sutton | Art Kane | Misc. Stock Photography

The Archives is dedicated to presenting timeless works of photography for exclusive licensing.

We are currently in the process of building relationships with collections that could benefit from our representation.

On the slate to be added to this website are the following collections:

Joshua Greene

Before starting The Archives in 1993 to salvage his fathers deteriorating collection, Joshua Greene was a well known professional photographer. Considered a pioneer in the kind of 'lifestyle photography' that made Martha Stuart famous, Joshua retired from a lucrative and ground breaking career in the field of photography in order to dedicate himself to the restoration of the works of Milton H. Greene. His archives will be represented via this website at an undisclosed future date.

David Sutton

The Archives has been designated as the representative of the David Sutton collection; famous for his portraits of John Wayne and other well known personalities. His archives will be represented via this website at an undisclosed future date.

Art Kane

The Archives is an exclusive associate of the Art Kane collection and has worked on restoring and curating the collection in collaboration with the photographers son Jonathan Kane. Art Kane is best known for his photographs of the Harlem Renaissance, particularly portraits of the early Jazz musicians on the stoops of the brownstones in Harlem.

Misc. Stock Photography
